NAMASKAR the forum of NGO, CBO & POs of Orissa is organizing a State Level Convention on Right to Information on 12th October 2008, on the eve of the 3rd Anniversary of Right to Information Act-2005 at Yatri Nivas, Konark.
On this occasion some RTI crusaders of the state will be facilitated with Suchana Shree Award for recognizing their effective RTI practices having sound development impact on lives of communities and citizens at grass root level. This event will be started at 11.00 AM & will continue up to 5.00PM. You are requested to join in this event & encourage the delegates. We hope your presence will make this event effective and successful.

I hope this is the only
I hope this is the only initiative in the country to encourage the grass root RTI activists. After 3 year of inactment of this act NAMASKAR team has taken a noble & novel step. Activist of other states should take similar actions.
