Retired IAS officer P S Rana was today sworn in as the Chief Information Commissioner of Himachal Pradesh. Governor V S Kokje administered the oath of office to Rana, a retired Himachal cadre IAS officer of 1970 batch at a simple ceremony in Raj Bhavan.
