Case filed against former finance principal secretary

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A voluntary organisation has filed a case against
former Finance Principal Secretary Jose Cyriac and several other
officials of the Finance Department in connection with the alleged
misappropriation in the information provided under the Right to
Information Act regarding the one-rank-one-pension scheme.

Secretary of Thiruvananthapuram-based Right to Information Protection
Forum N.Rajendran had filed the petition before the Judicial First
Class Magistrate Court III here recently. The court has issued summons
to SC/ST Development Department Principal Secretary Paul Antony and
Kannur District Collector Ishitha Roy who are witness in the case.
