Rao ,from S.P.A.C.E., a voluntary organization in Vishakhapatnam city in Andhra Pradesh has been doing tremendous work in disseminating the message of openness among common people. He has filed more than one hundred applications under the Right to Information Act during the last one year.
But not complacent with that, he conducted many public meetings in the city to create mass awareness. As part of the campaign he recently hired a van, decorated it with attractive banners with catchy slogans written on them. This 'R.T.I. Rath',as he aptly calls it, has been wandering through all the streets within the city. It has become a major piece of attraction in the city now.
