At least 170 public interest litigations and 90-odd applications under the Right to Information Act have been filed by one man. It seems improbable but to him, PILs and RTI petitions are tools to serve the public. Mr Sripal Jain (77) finds great pleasure and takes pride in listening to the problems of people and tries to solve them by taking recourse to legal weapons.
